- Monthly Production Capacity: 250 lakh pieces (operating 12 hours per day)
- Spare Capacity: 60 lakh pieces per month
- Additional Capacity: There is scope for increasing production by adding extra shifts.

We primarily use Cold Heading Quality low carbon steel, sourced from leading suppliers such as JSW, JSPL, and Tata. The steel grades we utilize include:

- Heat Treatment Our heat treatment processes are outsourced to SQ mark / IATF / ISO certified and trusted partners in Chennai
- Zinc & Zinc Nickel Plating We outsource our zinc and zinc nickel plating processes to specialized facilities with SQ mark / IATF / ISO certification to ensure superior corrosion resistance and finish
- ED Coating Electro-deposition coating is also outsourced to SQ mark / IATF certified vendors in Chennai
- Validation To ensure the highest performance / reliability / endurance quality standards, all the validation processes are outsourced to NABL certified laboratories periodically.
